Food Innovation Pitch – with ZHAW Institute for Food & Beverage Innovation
In cooperation with the Institute for Food & Beverage Innovation of Zürcher Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften members of Food Tech Campus have the chance to present your innovative product and discuss your biggest (technical) challenges. Participants are Tilo Hühn (industry expert and food architect), Christian Zimmermann (founder) as well as master students of the program “Food & Beverage Innovation”.
As part of the upcoming innovation module, a student can pick up a research question from you and help you develop a concept or products.
